Fee and Payment Policy

In an effort to keep dental costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care, we have established the following payment plans for the use of our patients. Our fees may be paid as follows.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover

Prepayment Discount - Prepayment or payment at the time of treatment with a 5% discount.  In certain instances, because of the difficulty of the case, the discount will not apply

Patients Who Have Dental Insurance – We welcome dental insurance. We will be happy to answer all of your questions and call your insurance provider to verify benefits.  Co-payments are due the day services are rendered. 

As a courtesy to you, we are happy to bill your insurance company for you.
